Sourced from the world's leading wine regions, the Collage range reflects Winemaker Simon Adams' personal journey to create individual wines full of regional character and varietal flavour.
Pemberton and Manjimup are two neighbouring wine regions that are situated in the lower south-west of Western Australia. Pemberton's climate is slightly warmer than Manjimup and sits at a lower altitude. The blending of fruit from the two regions brings wines with luscious ripeness from the warmer Pemberton and the higher acid and more delicate characters of Manjimup.

SALife Summer Drinking 2009
SALife's food and wine editor David Sly enjoyed the 2008 SSB writing, "...among the aromas and flavours of bright tropical fruits, passionfruit and fresh lemon, there's a hint of guava and slurpy mango on the back palate....it's a nice mix, with the steel of sauvignon blanc supporting the lush body of semillon."

Ralph Kyte-Powell Awards the Collage Semillon/Sauvignon Blanc Four Stars
"...this zippy young white opens with citrus like Semillon aromas that fold into more fruit salady Sauvignon notes. It's fresh and appetising, with a tangy palate that excellently balances fruit flavours and brisk acidity," writes Kyte-Powell.

90 Points from Tyson Stelzer
"This is a tight, value-for-money SSB which marries cool Pemberton and Manjimup fruit. The result is fresh and lively, packed with guava and lemon juice flavours and zesty acidity, finishing with hints of leafy green capsicum," says Stelzer
