From the home page you are able to login by entering your email address and password using the login tab. Once you have logged in you are able to view your bid history and manage your account details.

User Details: By Selecting the My Account tab you are able to view and edit your account details including password, address details and credit card details.

Problems logging in: There are 2 main reasons why you may not be able to login:

Incorrect email / Password: If you enter the wrong email address and password combination you will see a message telling you that your entry was incorrect. If you cannot remember your password, you can request a password reminder be sent to your registered email address by using the “Retrieve Password” button on the home page.

Please be advised that three incorrect log in attempts will lock your account for security reasons. To unlock your account please contact us

Your Credit Card has expired or is inactive
You need to make sure that your credit card is valid at all times particularly if you are bidding on items. Please update your credit card details using the My Account tab as necessary.

Please be advised that a 1 cent charge will be applied to your credit card for security verification purposes during registration as well as when it is updated or amended on our site. This will be credited upon your first purchase and allows us to run security checks ensuring the card is registered to the bidder.
